We are a youth led social enterprise,with a goal to advance the fundamental rights of women and girls through various poverty alleviation programs such as the provision of access to education for girls, skill acquisition and empowerment opportunities for women living in underserved communities.

Our works promote SDG 1 ( No poverty), 4 (Quality Education), 5( Gender Equality) , 8 ( Decent Work and Economic Growth) and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).

Our Team


 Oluwafunmilayo Ayobami Oni is an advocate for access to education, leadership and entrepreneurship opportunities for women and children’s development with extensive domestic and international experience in quantitative and qualitative research, design, implementation and evaluation of projects.

She is passionate about proffering solutions to the problems of women and children especially in resource-poor demography, advocating for improved participation of women in leadership positions and improving the creative faculty of children.

Ayo is a Social entrepreneur providing business solutions and strategy for organizations and governments to build on and advance new prospects that will tackle challenges facing women and within the African States and beyond.

She continues to seek opportunities to broaden the horizon of the girl child.



Esther Edward has over two years of experience as a Media Personnel and a Social Entrepreneur.
Currently,  Esther Edward is the Programs Coordinator at Iranwo Foundation where she focuses on developing and coordinating programs that promote Girl-Child Education, Woman Empowerment and Economic Empowerment in underserved and Marginalized communities across Lagos, Nigeria.
She is also a Walter Carrington Youth Fellow, a platform which she leverages on to advocate for positive change in Nigeria and a team Member at Accountability lab Nigeria where she lends her voice to promote citizen feedback mechanism and transparency in government institutions.
Esther Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Esther Edward is driven to enact changes in the educational sector in Nigeria because she believes education is the most viable weapon that can be used to combat the growing societal ills in Nigeria.
Beyond being a change Agent,  she is a lover of Literary and illustrative Artworks and her personal mantra goes thus :
”I am the difference I seek”.
